New to Crossfit?
Step 1 – Try a Free Class
Schedule a time to stop by and give us a try. We will go over the basics briefly, warmup, and have you do a beginner workout. You will get to meet members and see the gym in action. We do ask for you to contact us prior to showing up to make sure we can are adequately prepared to give you the attention you need.
Step 2 – On Ramp
On Ramp is our fundamentals class. It is meant to introduce new members to the movements of Crossfit. It takes about a month depending on your ability to attend and your progression. Safety is very important at Crossfit Salvation and its essential that all our new members are taught the safe way to workout.
Step 3 – Group Class
Group class is the general class the majority of our members participate in. Class starts with your coach going over the workouts with the group, taking time to demonstrate each movement before we start. Workouts typically start with about 15 minutes of strength work on your own and a workout as a group. Coaches observe the class and offer coaching when needed and any movement can be scaled to each athletes ability.
